How to Provide a Sample
Simply pick up a Spartan Spit Kit, follow a few easy steps to provide a sample, then return the kit to one of the locations on campus or in the East Lansing community.

Have you already recovered from COVID-19? You might be able to help others by donating plasma and blood. Learn more.

Symptomatic Testing Information
The Early Detection Program is for asymptomatic screening. If you have symptoms of COVID-19 or have been exposed, other testing options are available on campus.

MI COVID-Alert AppAt MSU we’re taking another important step in the fight to reduce the spread of COVID-19. MI COVID Alert is a voluntary, anonymous exposure notification smartphone app available for download on IOS and Android devices. The app runs in the background and can notify users if they have recently been in close or extended contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
